Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of OurTurn.ai and related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by JunoAI Innovations, LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Services.

Acceptable Use

You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Services in any way that violates any applicable law
• Transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate another user or person
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the Services
• Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, or other malicious material
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Use the Services for any commercial purpose without our written consent

OurTurn.ai Service Terms

Account Registration

To use OurTurn.ai, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Co-Parenting Accounts

OurTurn.ai facilitates information sharing between co-parents. By using the service:

• You agree to share custody schedules, expenses, and related information with your co-parent
• Each parent maintains their own account with equal access
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter
• You must have legal authority to share information about children in the account

User Content

You retain ownership of content you create in OurTurn.ai (custody schedules, expense records, documents, etc.). By using the service, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute this content as necessary to provide the Services. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate these Terms or any applicable laws.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data and maintaining your privacy in accordance with applicable laws.

Mobile Applications

OurTurn.ai is available as a mobile application for iOS devices. By downloading and using the app:

• You agree to these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service
• The app may request access to device features (camera, photo library, location, notifications) to provide core functionality
• You are responsible for data charges from your mobile carrier
• The app requires an internet connection for full functionality

Payment Terms and Subscriptions

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

OurTurn.ai offers auto-renewable subscription plans:

• OurTurn Premium Monthly: $7.99/month, billed monthly
• OurTurn Premium Annual: $59.99/year, billed annually (save 37%)

Subscription details:

• Payment will be charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
• Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

Free Trials

We offer a 30-day free trial for new users. At the end of the trial period, your account will be charged the subscription rate unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. You can cancel your free trial at any time in your App Store account settings.

Refunds

For subscriptions purchased through the App Store, refund requests must be submitted to Apple. We cannot process refunds directly for App Store purchases. Visit Apple's support page to request a refund.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information stored will be secure. You use the Services at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JUNOAI INNOVATIONS, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Services in the six months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for breach of these Terms or other reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time through the account settings or by contacting us.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
